How do I return an item?

Please email us at: irisandbloomla@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number in the subject line for an expedited response! Thank you!

How long does it take to process my return?

Once the item is returned, please allow 7-10 business days to receive the return to your payment method used when you purchased the product. If it is an exchange, please allow 5 business days for the new product to be shipped out.
